This course is founded on the essence of the 81 chapters of the Tao Te Ching, combined with guided meditation practices. It leads participants to bring profound philosophy into daily life, allowing them to truly experience the wisdom of " There is nothing that the Nature’s Way ever does, and yet there is nothing that the Nature’s Way has left undone", the balance of yin and yang, and living in harmony with nature.
Each class is structured into three sections, with each section including a meditation session. These practices help students cultivate inner awareness and elevate spiritual consciousness.
Through this course, participants not only gain insight into the philosophy of the Tao Te Ching, but also directly experience its true meaning—integrating Dao Fa Zi Ran (“the way follows nature”) into everyday living, achieving harmony within and without, and reaching a state of deep serenity of body and mind.
